Job summary

Mitutoyo (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a sales-focused professional to promote high-end instruments and software-based solutions. You will identify new business opportunities, support seminars, and penetrate new accounts while maintaining strong customer and distributor relationships.

The role requires a engineering degree, 1 year in semiconductor, a proactive attitude, and willingness to travel. 5-days work week and attractive incentives accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or any technical disciplines.
• 1 year of working experience, preferably in the Semiconductor field.
• Willingness to travel and 5-day work week.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Mitutoyo high end and mid-range precision instruments with software base.
• Support seminars/workshops/events to promote presence.
• Identify business potential, new opportunities and penetrate new accounts.
• Maintain good relationships and provide support to customers and distributors.
• Formulate and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Prepare documentation and presentations or product introductions for customers.
• Assist in other sales-related functions and promotions as required by management.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of problem solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Mitutoyo high end and mid-range precision instruments with software base
• Support seminar/workshop/event to promote presence
• Identify business potential, new business opportunities and penetrate new accounts
• Implement strategies to further develop key account and build goodwill with customers and distributors
• Maintain good relationship and support to customer
• Formulate and implement effective sales & marketing strategies and approaches
• Prepare documentations and presentation or product introduction to potential customers
• To assist in other sales related functions and promotions as required by the superior
• Conduct internal evaluation by providing samples and propose solutions to customers
• Part Evaluation and provide enhancement report
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of problem solutions
• Carry out duties and assignments as assigned by management

The Requirement

• Degree in Engineering or any technical disciplines
• 1 years of working experience, preferably in the Semiconductor field
• Pleasant personality, positive attitude, aggressive, independent and result oriented
• Computer literate and good communication skills with different levels of personnel
• Willing to travel
• 5-days work
