Job summary

DKSH is seeking a Product Owner in Kuala Lumpur to guide the patient solutions program from concept through launch, partnering with engineering, design, and business teams. You will translate business goals into actionable roadmaps, define success criteria, and lead cross-functional delivery with a focus on patient data access and care plan management.

You will conduct user research, market analysis, and benchmarking to validate opportunities, write detailed user stories, and drive adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology (IT), Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Owner, process improvement manager, or digital transformation specialist.
• Strong product development, delivery, and product management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead products from concept through to launch.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into clear, actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the patient solutions program, ensuring the suite of products enables patients to access, manage, and share health data and care plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pain points, needs, and goals that shape product direction and prioritization.
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to validate opportunities and drive informed decisions.
• Define clear objectives, key results, and success criteria for cross-functional alignment.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications reflecting the vision.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products meeting standards.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog and roadmap to maximize value and feasibility.
• Coordinate product launches, including go-to-market planning and customer feedback collection.
• Analyze product performance and user behavior to guide iterations and improvements.
• Act as product evangelist to drive adoption internally and with external stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams through process analysis and redesign to maintain momentum.
• Champion digital transformation across the organization.
