You will lead user research, define success criteria, and guide engineering and design teams through development, launch, and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of digital innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Minimum 5 years as Product Owner, process improvement manager, or digital transformation specialist.
• Strong product development, delivery, and management skills with launch experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the patient solutions program.
• Collaborate with business users, market teams, and stakeholders to shape direction.
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to validate opportunities.
• Define measurable objectives, OKRs, and success criteria for cross‑functional alignment.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications reflecting the vision.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver high‑quality products.
• Prioritize and manage backlog and roadmap to maximize value and feasibility.
• Coordinate launches including GTM plans, campaigns, and customer feedback collection.
• Analyze product performance and user behavior to drive iterations and improvements.
• Act as product evangelist, driving adoption across internal and external communities.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through process redesign initiatives and digital transformation.
• Champion digital innovation across the organization.
