Job summary

Coway (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Product Manager to drive strategic thinking and data-driven decision making across the full product lifecycle, from launch to end-of-life, in support of growth targets in Malaysia.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Procurement and other teams to develop roadmaps, manage P&L, forecast demand, and lead cross-functional initiatives that deliver competitive products and sustainable profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Certifications in Data Analytics or Product Management are an added advantage.
• 3–10 years of experience in product strategy/management or strategic planning.
• Preferably experience with household and home appliances.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full product lifecycle for assigned categories from launch to end-of-cycle.
• Lead portfolio projects including launches, improvements and end-of-cycle actions.
• Identify, source, and GTM new products in collaboration with R&D and Procurement.
• Develop and execute strategic product roadmaps aligned with sales objectives.
• Own P&L and monitor pricing, margins, and costs for profitability.
• Forecast sales and demand based on market trends and objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, R&D and Procurement to align strategy.
