Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad seeks a seasoned product leader to drive the ideation, design, development and launch of digital embedded banking products in Kuala Lumpur. You will set the product vision and translate it into a concrete strategy, ensuring value-driven experiences for end users.

You will own the roadmap, track KPIs, and manage cross-functional teams, timelines, and budgets to deliver on strategic priorities. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in software development and digital banking.

Skills

Strong knowledge and understanding in Agile Scrum Methodology

Knowledge in Java, .net, React Native/JS, and contemporary system design

Knowledge in open API development and implementation is preferred

Knowledge in Cloud solutions development and implementation is preferred

Knowledge in banking products, competitor offerings and market needs

Proficiency in system design principle, conceptualization, prototype, user engagement and mobility

Experience

Degree holder in related fields

Atleast 3years of user experience software development, mobile & web application development,which leverage emergent technologies, consumer electronics and/or mobile devices

Experience in open API development and implementation is preferred

Experience in Cloud solutions development and implementation is preferred

At least 5-10 years in relevant business, technology and/or digital commerce
