Milian Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the product lifecycle end-to-end—from market research and requirement definition to launch, operation, and ongoing optimization.

You will collaborate with R&D, design, QA and operations to deliver products that resonate with diverse users, drive monetization, and stay ahead in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment. Strong data analysis, stakeholder management, and autonomous decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in social apps, live streaming, dating, gaming, or consumer internet is preferred.
• Ability to independently own a product line or major feature area.

Responsibilities

• Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify user needs and opportunities.
• Translate insights into PRDs and data-driven direction for product iteration.
• Drive product strategy, feature planning, and prototype design.
• Collaborate with R&D, design, QA to track progress and ensure timely launches.
• Monitor post-launch metrics and build data-driven optimization recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices.
