Job summary
Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Product Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of IT Cybersecurity products and technology solutions. You will work with vendors, distributors, and sales teams to drive product strategy and revenue opportunities.
You will develop product strategies, support sales with positioning, and identify new business opportunities while monitoring pipeline and forecasts. This role requires strong English, communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work
Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT product management, sales, presales, channel management, or vendor management.
- Experience with IT vendors, distributors or channel partners is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

- Manage and develop assigned IT Cybersecurity products and solutions.
- Develop product strategies and sales plans aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with vendors, distributors and business partners.
- Support Sales and Presales with product positioning, proposals and customer opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth of the product portfolio.
- Monitor sales pipeline, revenue, margins and quota achievement.
- Conduct product briefings and training for Sales and Presales teams.
- Monitor market trends and emerging technology opportunities.
- Coordinate with vendors on pricing, promotions, training and BD initiatives.
- Prepare regular product performance, sales pipeline and forecast reports.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging technology opportunities.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT product management, sales, presales, channel management or vendor management.
- Good understanding of IT products and technology solutions.
- Experience working with IT vendors, distributors or channel partners will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong commercial and business development mindset.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with Sales and Technical teams.
