Job summary

AC0 Tech Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Product Executive to support infotainment and digital driving solutions, with Mandarin-speaking capabilities. You will assist in defining requirements, planning features, and documenting PRDs and specs.

You will gather user and business needs from cross-functional teams, aid in Android/iOS feature development, and conduct market research to drive product improvements. Collaboration and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years' experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Software/App Development, or a related role.
• Solid understanding of the mobile app development lifecycle and product documentation practices.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work across technical and business teams.
• Familiarity with automotive infotainment (IVI), connected car solutions, or digital services is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support product managers in defining product requirements, feature planning, and documentation (PRDs, user stories, functional specs, acceptance criteria, test scenarios).
• Gather and analyze user requirements, business needs, and technical inputs from stakeholders across development, design, and QA teams.
• Assist in mobile app (Android/iOS) feature development — requirement clarification, testing coordination, issue tracking, and release support.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product improvement opportunities.
• Monitor product issues, user feedback, and performance metrics to surface enhancement opportunities.
