Support end-to-end product lifecycle management, from development to post-launch.
Maintain brand positioning and ensure consistent communication across all channels.
Assist in planning and executing BTL and digital marketing campaigns.
Manage end-to-end inventory planning by coordinating with Sales, Warehouse, and Supply teams to ensure timely purchase orders, shipment follow-ups, optimal stock levels, and healthy inventory turnover.
Support principal relationships, partnerships, and licensing matters.
Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the marketing team.
Coordinate new product development (NPD), including packaging, specifications, and launch execution.
Analyse consumer insights, market trends, and category opportunities.
Conduct competitor analysis on pricing, promotions, and market activity.
Review monthly sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
Track marketing budgets, forecasts, and ROI effectiveness.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management review.
Work closely with the Sales team to execute marketing campaigns or trade offers, respond promptly to market conditions, optimize inventory management, and achieve sales targets.
Develop POS materials and promotional mechanics to drive product trial and purchase.
Support in-store promotions, merchandising, and secondary display execution.
Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and other relevant departments to align brand plans and marketing campaign.
Support demand planning, inventory management and field activation activities.
Assist in resolving supply, execution, and operational issues.
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in FMCG.
Creative, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in tools supporting demand planning and marketing activities (e.g. Microsoft Office, ERP, etc).
