What you'll be doing?

- Sales Tools & Pricing Preparation: Prepare product information sheets, pricing lists, and sales enablement tools that equip the sales team to engage clients with confidence.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to surface insights that inform product positioning and strategic decision‑making.
- Supplier & Principal Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and principals on both technical and commercial matters, ensuring strong and productive working relationships.
- Sales Team Support: Collaborate with sales teams by delivering product training and sharing technical information that empowers them to represent the product range effectively.
- Performance Monitoring: Track product performance, sales trends, and inventory movement to identify opportunities and flag areas for attention in a timely manner.
- Reporting & Presentations: Assist in preparing reports, forecasts, and management presentations that communicate product performance and strategic recommendations clearly.
- Enquiry Handling: Serve as a reliable point of contact for product‑related enquiries from both internal teams and customers, ensuring responses are accurate and timely.
Who are they looking for?
- Educational Background: A Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, other Engineering disciplines, or a related field is required for this role.
- Work Experience: Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply; relevant working experience in a product or engineering‑related capacity will be considered an added advantage.
