Job summary

Flex is seeking a Product Engineer to support product transfers and NPI activities in Prai, Penang. You will evaluate customer technical information, perform DFx analyses, and ensure manufacturing readiness while maintaining design integrity.

Responsibilities include product transfer, issue assessment on the production line, process improvement for quality and yield, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with design and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in related field or equivalent experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle product transfer and new product set up.
• Support production by assessing product engineering issues on the production line.
• Suggest improvements to processes for better quality and yield.
• Solve product problems and perform root-cause analysis.
• Interact with customers and departments on engineering changes and new model development.
• Lead Engineering Changes Implementation and DFx activities.

Education
