Agilent Technologies LDA Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. invites fresh graduates to join as Product Engineer (Electronic/Mechatronic) focusing on production support and process improvement in Bayan Lepas.

You will work with design and procurement teams to establish manufacturability, maintain BOMs, implement changes, and contribute to NPI and lifecycle activities, while developing skills in AI tools and data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, yield, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve manufacturing and process-related issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes, work instructions, tooling, fixtures, and test methods.
• Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and support product transfers from development to production.
• Collaborate with design engineering teams to ensure products are designed for manufacturability, quality, and reliability.
• Support product lifecycle management activities, including cost reductions, process improvements, and component obsolescence management.
• Partner with suppliers and procurement teams to address quality, delivery, and material availability issues.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, process flows, and engineering change documentation.
• Utilize manufacturing data and digital tools to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
• Support validation, qualification, and risk assessment activities to ensure robust manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, safety, and company standards.
