Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase productivity, yield, quality, and efficiency.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve manufacturing and process issues using structured problem-solving.
• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes, work instructions, tooling, fixtures, and test methods.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfers to production.
• Collaborate with design engineering for manufacturability, quality, and reliability.
• Support lifecycle management, including cost reductions and obsolescence management.
• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement on quality, delivery, and material availability.
• Create and maintain BOMs, routings, process flows, and change documentation.
• Utilize data and digital tools to drive process improvements and excellence.
• Support validation, qualification, and risk assessment to ensure robust processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, safety, and company standards.
