Job summary

Qualifications
- Strong product engineering and product design skills.
- Proficient analytical skills for problem-solving and data interpretation.
- Effective communication for cross-functional collaboration and client discussions.
- R&D experience evaluating new technologies, materials, and methods.
- Relevant technical degree or diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM tools and CNC machining is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with design and production on product feasibility.
- Improve manufacturability and performance of existing products.
- Coordinate with R&D to evaluate materials, processes and technologies.
- Prepare technical documentation and client discussions on product requirements.
