Job summary

Maxis in Malaysia seeks a Product Development Specialist to drive the product lifecycle from requirements to launch, ensuring a clear customer journey and readiness for rollout in a fast-paced telco environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business value into detailed specs, user stories, and roadmaps. Monitor performance, gather feedback, and shape regulatory-compliant solutions while communicating with stakeholders. PMP/Agile experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product development, product management, operations or similar role, preferably in telecommunications or technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (PMP, Agile, Scrum).
• Solid understanding of telco solutions, services and market dynamics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in product testing and quality assurance activities to ensure product readiness for launch.
• Monitor product performance metrics, gather customer feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present product-related reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to telecommunications sector.

Job Qualifications
