Job summary

Maxis is seeking a Product Development Specialist to drive the product lifecycle from requirements to launch. You will ensure a clear customer journey and robust supporting processes for rollout in a dynamic telecommunications environment.

Top candidates will have 3+ years in product development, strong analytical and communication skills, and a solid telco background, with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and PMP-certified or equivalent project management exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product development, product management, operations or a similar role, preferably in telecommunications or technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (PMP, Agile, Scrum).
• Solid understanding of telco solutions, services and market dynamics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
