Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Project Management, with a Master’s or PMP being an advantage, and at least five years of PM experience in NPD, preferably in manufacturing or technology home appliances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electrical) or Project Management.
• Master’s degree or PMP certification is an advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years previous experience in Project Management for NPD roles.
• Experience in manufacturing or technology product development is preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, marketing, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
• Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the development process.
• Manage the project budget and allocate resources to ensure tasks are completed within approved limits.
• Create and manage detailed project schedules and adjust timelines as needed.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports.
