Job summary

Dyson GmbH is seeking a talented Project Manager to join the New Product Development team in Malaysia. You will drive projects across design, research, procurement, manufacturing, and marketing to deliver integrated solutions aligned with business strategy.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder communication, and the ability to work in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. Mandarin proficiency and frequent travel to China are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required or preferred.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is essential and travel to China is frequent.
• Experience in dynamic and innovative environments with cross-functional work.
• Strong skills in estimating, planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects from concept to SOP and launch.
• Communicate project status to senior management and manage risks and issues.
• Coordinate with design, research, procurement, manufacturing, and marketing.
• Ensure use of Dyson development processes and best engineering practices.
