Job summary

Linkk Busway Systems (M) Sdn Bhd is searching for a capable engineer to lead complex mechanical and electrical design initiatives in collaboration with project, manufacturing, and quality teams. • Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Manufacturing / Electrical).
• Proficiency in design software such as CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of technical requirements with practical solutions.
• Ensure entire design lifecycle, including planning, design, prototyping, testing, and iteration, ensuring projects are completed on time.
• Enhance production order systems/processes.
• Identify and implement design improvements and process optimizations to enhance product performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Propose design drawings for customer requests.
• Act as a team player committed to working in a quality environment.
