Job summary

Calibre Events Solution Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a friendly retail associate to greet customers warmly, provide expert guidance on home appliance products and their features, benefits and specifications, and conduct product demonstrations to assist informed purchases.

You will process sales transactions at the point of sale, maintain current knowledge of ranges, pricing, promotions and stock levels, and aim to achieve individual and team sales targets while keeping the store clean,

What we're looking for

Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably within home appliances or related sectors

Strong product knowledge or demonstrated ability to quickly learn technical specifications and features

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers

Ability to work towards and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment

Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and comfortable with technology

Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items

Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required

High level of personal integrity and a commitment to maintaining professional standards

Malaysian citizenship or valid work permit

SPM or equivalent qualification, with additional qualifications in sales or customer service being advantageous
