Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer-facing role in home appliances/electronics is preferred.
• Strong product knowledge or ability to quickly learn product information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse customers.
• Customer-centric approach with passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and retail technology.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences for home appliances.
• Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations on features, benefits, pricing and specs.
• Demonstrate product functionality to prospective customers.
• Assist customers through purchasing process, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain displays and keep showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Stay updated with new product launches, promotions, and company policies.
• Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store sales targets.
• Handle enquiries and complaints professionally and resolve issues to customer satisfaction.
