Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience in global or matrix organizations.
- Exposure to product configuration, pricing management, product data, or lifecycle processes.
Responsibilities
- Support development and maintenance of product configurators across multiple lines.
- Coordinate testing, user acceptance, and go-live activities.
- Gather requirements and collaborate with global stakeholders on enhancements.
- Manage user access and provide first-level support for configurator tools.
- Harmonize configuration processes and pricing data in SAP.
- Create Excel, AI, and Power BI automation for reports.
- Prepare regular sales and product trend insights.
- Assist phase-out activities and milestone reviews in product lifecycle.
