Job summary

Crown Worldwide Group seeks a Procurement & Treasury Executive to manage procurement activities and support treasury operations. You will ensure efficient purchasing, cost control, cash flow management, and compliance with company policies across APAC regions.

The role requires a finance/business background with 1–3 years in related roles, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Excel. ERP experience is a plus in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, treasury, finance, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, service, and delivery performance.
  • Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers.
  • Manage vendor onboarding, relationships, and performance to ensure reliable supply and service quality.
  • Process purchase orders and coordinate timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with internal departments on purchasing requirements.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and support procurement improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor daily cash balances and prepare cash flow forecasts.
  • Process payments and manage banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Support treasury reporting, audits, and compliance activities.
  • Assist in foreign exchange monitoring and risk management.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.

Position Summary
