Job summary

Frencken Mechatronics (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Buyer - Parts to support purchasing and supply chain operations. You will monitor POs, coordinate with suppliers, manage delivery commitments, and ensure steady material supply for production needs.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in purchasing or procurement, familiarity with SAP and Excel, and strong follow-up skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Procurement or related discipline.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain operations, or manufacturing administration.
• Experience in machining, surface treatment, semiconductor, or other manufacturing industries is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Update and manage PO shipment status in the PO Risk Report.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance and expedite or reschedule deliveries to meet timelines while maintaining inventory and quality.
