Job summary

Alpro Pharmacy in Malaysia seeks a fresh graduate to join our procurement team at the Seremban HQ. You will create and process purchase orders, monitor stock, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

You will develop skills in data reporting, Excel analysis, and supplier management while supporting budget controls and product information updates across warehouses. Internship experience is a plus, and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with pivot tables.
• Strong organizational ability with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication with suppliers/outlets.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Internship or project experience in procurement, supply chain, or data reporting is a plus.
• Willing to work at HQ Office Bandar Sri Sendayan Seremban.

Responsibilities

• Create and process purchase orders for products regularly.
• Check stock levels across warehouses and flag urgent low-stock items.
• Keep product information in the system updated on time.
• Follow up with suppliers weekly to ensure on-schedule deliveries.
• Resolve issues when goods arrive with problems (price, quantity, damaged good, expiry).
• Handle internal support tickets about availability, expiry, or complaints.
• Reply to emails from stores, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Maintain supplier and product details in the system (price, supplier, orders).
• Manage product returns to suppliers and process credit notes.
• Collaborate with Category Manager to control purchasing within budget.
