Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, vendor relations, and procurement processes to ensure timely supply of materials for production.

You will source and procure materials, negotiate favorable terms, and monitor inventory to support manufacturing operations. The role requires 2–4 years in procurement and familiarity with procurement software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field is required.
• Minimum 2–4 years of procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with procurement software and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure raw materials, equipment, and services as per production requirements.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the production team to ensure material availability.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and track purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships.
