Job summary

Aquila Talent in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to join a global procurement and supply chain team. You will support procurement strategy, demand forecasting, inventory planning, and raw materials management across international operations, using data to drive strategic decisions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and proficiency with Power BI and MS Access; candidates with multinational experience and Chinese language ability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of procurement, supply chain, or procurement analytics experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong experience in Procurement Analytics, Demand Forecasting, Inventory Planning, and Cost Analysis & Cost Optimization.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel; Power BI and MS Access preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and provide actionable recommendations.
• Chinese language proficiency is preferred for regular communication with Chinese-speaking suppliers and stakeholders.
