PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is hiring a Procurement Service Desk (BM/BI). The role involves ordering and tracking computer hardware and software assets, creating RO/PR and issuing POs, and coordinating with IT Procurement teams to resolve discrepancies.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with good Bahasa Malaysia and English communication skills. Immediate joiners will be an added advantage for this entry‑level position in a Malaysian location.

Formación

• Minimum Diploma and above.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work well under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Procurement of computers, hardware peripherals and software.
• Review supply requests and purchase orders to determine and document new assets.
• Communicate with IT Procurement teams to review request discrepancies.
• Create RO/PR and issue the Purchase Order (PO).
• Ensure all POs are sent to the vendor.
• Track all PR/RO until the PO is issued to the vendor in SharePoint.
