Job summary

ULTIMATE MANUFACTURING SOLUTIONS (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a purchasing professional to handle sourcing, manage internal requests, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience or fresh graduates with strong communication and negotiation skills. Flexible, independent workers who can operate with minimal supervision are preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle all sourcing and purchasing tasks.
• Manage incoming internal purchasing requests, generate external purchasing requests, and track delivery of goods and services.
• Purchase and negotiate materials, equipment, and supplies from suppliers.
• Follow up on material delivery schedules weekly to ensure timely supplier delivery.
• Coordinate with departments and suppliers in purchasing duties.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by HOD.
