Qualifications

• 1–2 years of procurement/costing experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Good attitude, self-motivated with excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Purchase and arrange required materials for orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers to meet production schedules.
• Prepare costing for orders or customised projects.
• Calculate material, production, and other costs to stay within target price.
• Maintain up-to-date order status and follow up with departments.
• Monitor progress of samples and mass production; escalate delays if needed.
• Coordinate delivery or collection with relevant parties.
