Job summary

OSADI Commercial Supplies Sdn Bhd, based in Penang, is seeking a procurement professional to drive supplier onboarding via SAP Ariba. You will validate supplier data, gather required documents, and secure approvals across regions.

You will coordinate with suppliers, CSMs, and procurement stakeholders to enable electronic transactions and maintain accurate vendor master data, ensuring compliance with governance and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Supplier Onboarding, Supplier Enablement, Vendor Management, Procurement Operations, or a related support function.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience managing supplier and stakeholder relationships within a global or multinational environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across regions, cultures, and functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver tasks within established SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Review and process supplier onboarding via SAP Ariba SL&P, validating information, documents, and compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding with suppliers, CSMs, Procurement stakeholders, and support teams.
• Enable approved suppliers to transact electronically through SAP Business Network / Ariba Network (POs, confirmations, invoices).
• Process vendor creation and maintenance requests including master data changes.
• Ensure vendor and supplier master data is accurate, complete, and compliant with policies.
• Investigate and resolve onboarding, registration, and maintenance issues; escalate when needed.
• Manage supplier communications and status updates to meet SLAs.
• Maintain reports, dashboards, and trackers on onboarding, enablement, and vendor management.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across APAC, NA, and other regions for consistent execution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
