Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain management, Information Systems or Computer Science related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in using procurement software and tools, with a focus on process automation.
• Proficient in utilizing procurement software and tools, including SAP, Excel and Tableau to streamline purchasing processes and data management.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have programming knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily PROC service operation to meet operational and quality targets.
• Experience in the supply chain roles, core buying, hard skills and soft abilities typically in procurement and purchasing.
• Ensure the timely delivery of goods and services in accordance with established service levels and KPIs.
• Drive the quotation process by defining evaluation criteria, identifying and selecting suppliers, executing the evaluation process, and refining and validating sourcing and purchasing options.
• Manage buy-in from key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the procurement process.
• Prepare and present reports to management, analyzing metrics and projection results to inform decision-making.
• Demonstrate urgency and deliver tasks on time, even under tight deadlines.
• Apply and optimize procurement processes, automating where feasible, to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Analyzing data, designing systems, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing technology performance. Interdisciplinary Collaboration:Participate in inter disciplinary working groups and project work to gather insights, influence outcomes, and enhance internal processes and procedures.
• Recommend process improvements and develop tools aimed at fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the procurement function.
