Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead daily PROC service operation to meet operational and quality targets.
Coach and develop team members through performance reviews, 1:1s, and training.
Drive core buying and procurement capability with strong technical skills.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and services per service levels and KPIs.
Define evaluation criteria and run supplier selection and bidding processes.
Engage stakeholders to align and collaborate through the procurement process.
Prepare and present reports analyzing metrics and projections for decision-making.
Demonstrate time management and deliver tasks on tight deadlines.
Apply and optimize procurement processes, automate where feasible.
Collaborate across interdisciplinary groups to improve internal processes.
