Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a procurement professional to manage purchase orders, supplier negotiation and delivery coordination from Nilai. You will review material requirements and maintain stock levels while ensuring data accuracy in system records.

The role requires a Diploma and at least two years in purchasing/warehouse functions, with strong communication and English/Bahasa Malaysia skills. Overtime flexibility and a willingness to work in Nilai 3 are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in purchasing, inventory, material & warehouse management.
• Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, team work.
• Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL accounting software and other related software is an advantage.
• Computer literate with MS Office applications.
• Willing to work overtime and in Nilai 3.

Responsibilities

• Generate purchase orders and record updating.
• Ensure materials orders are shipped and delivered on required date.
• Review daily, weekly and monthly direct material requirements.
• Sourcing material with relevant suppliers, negotiating prices and improving price status.
• Coordinate with planning on delivery schedule.
• Ensure stock records updated with MOQ stock level.
• Support master data to ensure correct documentation and data in the system.
• Perform data entry and document filling.
• Other tasks as assigned by management when necessary.
