Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a procurement professional in Petaling Jaya to manage timely purchase orders for store stock on a weekly and monthly cycle, plus capex and non-stock requests. You will email POs to operations, prepare invoices for receipting, assist vendor sourcing, maintain proper documentation, and mentor junior staff toward quality and compliance.

Role requires a Diploma in Inventory Management or SCM and at least 1 year in procurement.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Inventory/SCM or related field.
• 1 year procurement experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Ability to maintain good working relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers.
• Maintain confidentiality in all areas including patient records.

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders for store stock on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Issue POs for capex and non-stock requests.
• Email POs to Operation Team.
• Prepare invoices for receipting on capex and non-stock purchases.
• Assist in vendor sourcing for price comparisons.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing for Purchasing Department.
• Mentor junior staff to promote good practice and quality orientation.
