• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin advantageous for supplier communication
• Familiarity with procurement ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and cost targets
• Lead the full procurement cycle from RFQ through to contract management and supplier performance
• Source and manage marine-grade materials including steel, engines, propulsion systems, and navigation equipment
• Control procurement budgets and drive cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, procurement policies, and marine regulatory standards
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of procurement officers and buyers
