Woh Hup Group is seeking a proactive Procurement Executive to support a data centre project in Johor. You will source materials, equipment and services, evaluate quotations, issue purchase orders, and coordinate deliveries to meet construction schedules.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in procurement, supply chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years in procurement, preferably with a construction main contractor.
• Experience with data centre or large-scale building projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day procurement for materials, equipment, services, and subcontract works.
• Source, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Prepare POs and coordinate delivery to meet project schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with approved specs, budgets, and controls.
