Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, SCM, Purchasing, Logistics, Accounting, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1–3 years of purchasing/procurement experience will be advantageous.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems (e.g. SQL Accounting) is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and good teamwork spirit.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain incoming and outgoing records in the system.
• Liaise with suppliers and maintain good working relationships.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure all purchase documentation is accurate.
• Check and verify POs, Delivery Orders (DO), supplier invoices, and pricing for accuracy.
• Compare quotations and negotiate with suppliers for best price, quality, and delivery terms.
• Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Verify quality, quantity, and stock availability of purchased items.
• Perform stock checking and monitor inventory levels.
• Prepare purchasing reports and other documentation as required.
• Assist in general office administration and perform other duties assigned by management.
