Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a diligent purchasing officer to support procurement operations in Kuala Lumpur. You will collate purchase orders and requisitions, review inventories, and interact with suppliers daily to ensure timely availability of materials and goods.

You will review deliveries, track orders, manage exceptions, produce reports, and assist the department with daily office tasks. Jora Malaysia will close on 9 September 2026; applicants should state expected salary and current

Responsibilities

• Collate purchase orders and requisitions to order materials
• Review inventories and place orders as required
• Interact with suppliers on a day-to-day basis
• Review deliveries against orders
• Track the status of orders
• Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods
• Produce and maintain all reports
• Call and email the checklist to new suppliers
• Receive complete documents from suppliers for review
• Assist the department to ensure smooth daily operations in the office
