Job summary

NanoGrind Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end procurement and logistics activities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You will source suppliers, obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and prepare Purchase Orders while ensuring on-time deliveries and accurate documentation. The role requires coordinating with production and engineering teams on BOMs, monitoring inventory and material availability, and supporting import/export processes to optimize costs

Responsibilities

• Procurement of manufacturing materials, components, spare parts and services.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations and negotiate pricing.
• Prepare Purchase Orders and monitor supplier deliveries.
• Coordinate local and international shipments, freight forwarders and customs documentation.
• Monitor inventory, delivery schedules and material availability.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams on BOM and material requirements.
• Assist with material costing, BOM costing and purchase price analysis.
• Maintain supplier records, purchasing records and delivery status.
• Follow up on quality, quantity and delivery issues with suppliers.
• Support import/export documentation and logistics arrangements.
