Job summary

Chipbond Technology Malaysia is seeking a senior procurement, logistics and admin leader in Penang. You will oversee end-to-end procurement, import/export activities, and administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.

You will develop SOPs, lead a team, and set annual KPIs to drive continuous improvement while coordinating with internal departments and serving as the main liaison with our headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field; 10+ years in procurement/logistics & admin.
• Mandarin proficiency highly preferred due to Taiwan HQ coordination and Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, import/export, and admin functions to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and implement SOPs and internal policies; supervise and guide team members.
• Define and execute annual KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal departments and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Serve as the key liaison for discussions and communications with headquarters.
