A growing retail company in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Procurement Executive to manage procurement processes and vendor relationships. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, especially in the F&B or FMCG industries. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new store openings.
• Ensure accurate documentation and SAP system updates.

Overview

Kopi Kenangan established in 2017; currently we have close to 900 retail outlets across Indonesia and we are the first SEA F&B Unicorn since 2022. We are expanding in Malaysia and we’re looking for a Procurement Executive to join our team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment where you’ll play a key role in procurement and ensuring smooth operations.

Working location: Damansara Utama, Selangor

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field


• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in F&B, retail, or FMCG industry


• Experience handling international vendors and suppliers


• Fluent in English


• Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus


• Solid SAP knowledge and hands-on experience


• Proficient in Excel
