Job summary

Responsibilities

• Interface with vendors to obtain order status and coordinate with the Supply Chain Program Manager.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve workflow issues and improve efficiency.
• Initiate new ideas to enhance processes and accuracy.

- Possess Diploma / Degree in Business, Logistic, Supply Chain, or related fields (or equivalent experience)

- Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

- At least two working experiences in the field of procurement

- Responsible for independently handling vendor related tasks, including setting up new parts, creating and adjusting purchase orders, maintaining costs, and updating estimated time of arrival.

- Will need to interface with vendors to obtain order status and with the Supply Chain Program Manager to stay updated on the latest need by dates

- Strong coordination and organization ability required for solving any problems on business and among team members

- Ability to initiate new ideas and concepts to improve workflow and efficiency based on the knowledge and experiences
