Job summary

Boustead Estates Agency Sdn Bhd is seeking a Procurement Executive to support the implementation, maintenance and enhancement of procurement systems and digital transformation initiatives.

You will gather user requirements, assist in RFQ/tender activities, maintain procurement data and dashboards, and coordinate with Engineering, Operations and Finance. 2–4 years’ experience in procurement or engineering procurement is preferred, with willingness to travel across Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in procurement or a related field.
• 2–4 years of procurement experience in procurement, engineering procurement, supply chain or related fields.
• Exposure to ERP, procurement, e-procurement or related business systems.
• Experience in RFQ/tender administration and supplier coordination.
• Strong data management and Excel/reporting skills.
• Good communication, coordination and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, maintenance and enhancement of procurement systems and digital transformation initiatives.
• Assist in RFQ/tender preparation, supplier quotation analysis and price comparison.
• Maintain procurement data, reports and system records to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Mill, Estate and Operations on procurement requirements.
• Assist in monitoring sourcing activities, delivery status and procurement-related issues.
• Support process improvement and documentation for procurement workflows.
