Viewmax Global Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive, analytical Procurement & Costing Executive to join our team in Kuching, Sarawak. You will manage end-to-end procurement, coordinate supply chain operations and support the sales team with project proposals.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or costing.
• Experience in AV, LED Signage, construction or engineering is an advantage.
• Able to understand technical drawings, layouts and hardware specifications.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Independent, detail-oriented and highly motivated.

We are looking for a proactive, analytical and hands-on Procurement & Costing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage procurement activities, coordinate supply chain operations and support the sales team in preparing project proposals. You will liaise with supplier and internal teams to ensure efficient procurement, accurate costing and smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement process, from purchase requisitions and supplier sourcing to purchase order issuance and delivery coordination.

Source and procure materials, equipment and services at competitive prices.

Manage supplier relationships, negotiations and procurement activities.

Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and procurement-related documents in accordance with company procedures.

Coordinate deliveries, logistics and supply chain operations.

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates and quotations for project proposals.

Conduct site inspections and assess project requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or costing.

Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
