Job summary

G-Asiapacific is seeking a proactive Commercial & Procurement Operations Executive to manage a broad range of procurement and commercial operations, including purchasing, vendor registration, funding administration and tender support.

The role requires a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail, able to coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors and external parties. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented and able to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage issuance of Purchase Orders and related procurement documents.
• Coordinate vendor registration and maintain vendor and customer portals.
• Support funding claims and track funding portals and responses.
• Coordinate contract documentation and tender support; ensure compliance trackers are up to date.
• Provide general operational support across Commercial & Procurement Operations and assist onsite when required.
