Pine Labs Malaysia is seeking a proactive Procurement Associate to support sourcing and procurement activities. You will identify suppliers, obtain quotations, support negotiations, coordinate purchase orders and deliveries, and maintain supplier and procurement records in line with company policies.

You will coordinate with internal teams on demand planning, ensure timely deliveries, monitor stock levels, and support RFQ/RFP processes while maintaining compliance with procurement standards and

Competenze

• 0-2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Exposure within SEA market
• Exposure to supplier negotiations and vendor management.

Mansioni

• Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Track orders, shipments and delivery schedules, including import and customs processes where required.
• Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, Warehouse and internal business teams.
• Maintain accurate procurement and supplier documentation.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on business requirements.
• Conduct supplier research and benchmarking to support sourcing decisions.
• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers.
• Support RFQ, RFP and tender processes.
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and distributors.
• Monitor supplier performance, pricing, quality and delivery.
• Support resolution of supplier-related issues.
