The role requires 12–15+ years in supervision within procurement/payables, with deep knowledge of accounting standards and ERP systems (Ariba, Concur, SAP). AIA emphasizes strategic partnership and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and payables related fields in shared services environment.
• 12 to 15 + years of supervisory or management experience in the above position.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting standards and principles and their application.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Procurement Support Operations and Accounts Payable units and manage day-to-day operations.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure timely reporting to Group and Local Business Units.
• Oversee and review BPMs to ensure controls and alignment with accounting standards.
• Supervise internal controls and drive improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Review end-to-end processes and implement recommendations for sustainable operations.
• Provide subject-matter expert support on Group/Local Business Units projects.
• Lead operating budget process and monitor spend for cost optimization.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and external auditors.
