- 6–8 years in indirect procurement or analytics.
- Experience working cross-culturally and internationally.
- Ability to communicate and influence across levels; collaborative mindset.
- Resilient and able to operate in a multi‑faced environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate internal/external data to create insights for category strategy.
- Identify cost savings and supplier performance improvements.
- Collaborate with category managers to translate insights into initiatives.
- Provide regular market condition reports and impact assessments.
- Establish as category analytics SME and lead data science efforts.
