Job summary

The Intelligence & Optimisation Lead at BP Business Service Centre Asia Sdn Bhd drives high-quality category decision-making through analytics and recommendations. You will uncover trends, identify savings, and support BP's global procurement using data-driven insights aligned to regulatory and market changes.

Role requires 6–8 years in Indirect Procurement or analytics, bilingual collaboration in an international setting, and strong communication across levels.

Qualifications

• Procurement analytics – build spend analysis models, dashboards and cost models.
• Mastery of advanced analytics tools and data manipulation.
• Experience with Ariba S2P, Salesforce and Compass platforms.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of TCO and should-cost modeling principles.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate internal/external data to create insights for category strategy.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Translate insights into initiatives and monitor impact across BP.
• Provide regular market condition updates and procurement implications.
• Lead cross-cultural collaboration and act as analytics SME.
